FarmVille Strategy - Get More Than One Chicken Coop

Since people have been asking, here are the steps to getting more than one Chicken Coop in FarmVille.

Step 1: Remove all your chickens from your coops and sell off all your chicken coops.

Step 2: Open up two windows - one for FarmVille and one for your Facebook News Feed.

Step 3: In the window opened to your Facebook News Feed, scour the news feed for premium white eggs (really any type of mystery egg will do).

Step 4: Open the links to accepting the premium eggs in new windows. Open as many as you like.

Step 5: Now, in your window open to FarmVille, buy a Chicken Coop and place it on your farm.

Step 6: Reload FarmVille.

Step 7: For each premium egg that you accepted, you should have a chicken coop. You can now place these on your farm.


In the grand scheme of things, I consider this to be a waste of time unless you already have over 20 golden chickens. One chicken coop should be all you really need- check out the first Chicken Coop Cheat for details.

Remember, a Chicken Coop only holds 20 chickens in the space 15 chickens would occupy (saves you a bit of room and a few clicks), but that is it. Additionally, in order to perform the multiple harvest technique, you need to store your chickens outside of the coop anyway, so this is something I will not be doing anytime soon.

  1. Actually, it is very beneficial to have at least two coops if you are going to perform the multiple harvest technique because you can save a step by transferring the chickens from coop to coop rather than placing them on your farm and then back in the coop!

  3. Tonight I have been trying to get multiple coops .. After I move the hoops from my giftbox to my farm a message pops up saying I'm outta sync.. When it refreshes it goes back to only one coop on the farm and the rest in the gift box... Now I tried this with my husbands farm and the same thing is happening.. Do you know if zynga has made any recent changes and if this is a new thing the are doing to prevent multiple coops.. Or am I doing something wrong ??

  4. yeah that is happening to me. 1 coop is fine, the other is out of sync and in my gift box again when I refresh

  5. It's very likely that they could have fixed this one. The multiple harvests from a single chicken still works though.

  6. This was fixed when the christmas stuff came out. Now you just get the out of sync. But those that had multiple coops before then still have them

  7. I have tried this several times, several ways, including placing the purchased coop before clicking "ok" in the 2nd window. Sometime after 12-1, this absolutly ceased to work. My impression is that they definitely fixed that loophole.

  8. ive done that and suddenly after i put my black ang golden chickens in it it says im outta sync i lost all my gold ang black chickens . what a drag! i wasted 50 farm cash just to buy 2 golden chickens an dlost them in just a blink of an eye..

  10. it looks like they fixed it and it's not going to let you have more than one coop on your farm. I have tried different ways, and I am not doing anything wrong, even I refresh the page before it tells me it's out of sync, but it still goes back into my gift box. Bummer, lucky are those who already have the multiple coops on their farm.

    I also want to say that this site is awesome! You are doing such a great job! I have leveled up so quickly in FarmVille and in Cafe World. Thanks to you and your guides. THANK YOU for all your hard work to help US!!!!!
